How long does the shipment take?
After your order has been placed, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
The order will be shipped after we received the payment.
Delivery time may vary sometimes due to availability of products.
How long delivery takes depends on where you live.
Inside the EU it normally takes less than 2 weeks.
All stuff on the net is available and on stock however sometimes we have to wait for our suppliers.
Outside the EU you can allow a maximum 20 days for shipment.
Cenobite supports the quality of everything we sell and we hope you are happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to return products. The products must be unworn, in the condition in which you received them and returned in their original packaging (including the label).
1) PACK YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT
Pack the products you want to return. Close the packaging well and attach the return label on the outside of your package. Make sure all old shipping labels, stickers and other materials have been removed or invalidated.
2) RETURN FIXING AND REPAYMENT
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your return has been accepted and processed. Your refund will take place as soon as the product (s) you have returned are checked by our quality assurance team. It takes a maximum of 14 days until the reimbursement is visible on your account.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
